We ship internationally by express mail.
If we do not ship to your destination through our standard shipping procedure. Please contact us personally through the contact form and we can organize special shipping to your destination.
All parcels posted can be tracked.
We only exchange items if notified 7 days of customers receiving the items.
We do not refund return shipping costs.
No cash refunds on items purchased.
We can repair damaged jewelry but shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless it is proven that the items were damaged during shipping. (We must be notified within 7 days of customers receiving damaged jewelry)
All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.
